THOROUGHBRED EDUCATION AND RESEARCH FOUNDATION AWARDS $6,000 TO WILSON COLLEGE

Wilson College recently received a $6,000 grant from the Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation. Thanks to this grant, scholarship funding will be provided to two students in the 2025-2026 academic year pursuing equine related majors.

(West Chester, PA – November 14, 2025): The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation (TERF) is pleased to award $6,000 to Wilson College in the form of scholarships to students pursuing equine-related majors in order to complete their education.

“Since 2015, TERF has provided over $112,000 in scholarship awards to almost 40 students allowing them to continue their education,” said Wesley Fugate, President, Wilson College. “The majors include veterinary nursing, animal studies, equine studies and equine-facilitated therapeutics. Scholarship awards are based on student need, scholastic achievement, and equine-related aspirations. We are indeed very grateful to TERF for its continued support.”
