Founded by Herb and Ellen Moelis along with several TCA Directors, TERF is committed to promoting Thoroughbred health, welfare, and racing safety through the funding of scholarships, educational programs, and equine research, with a specific focus on the MidAtlantic region.
We look forward to welcoming you to a “Soiree for Safety” featuring a special presentation on equine safety current events from Dr. Scott Palmer, VMD along with a live auction including fine art items from Mrs. Ellen Moelis’s personal collection to benefit TER.
